Anyone else kinda disappointed that the upcoming Honda Civic Si doesn’t have a special color?

I was hoping for orange but surprised that there isn’t anything special. I like the blue and red (and coupe only green) but just kinda bummed.

Disappointed does no being to describe how I feel about the current state of Honda. I’ll put it this way my favorite new Honda is the Ridgeline.

I’m just waiting for the silver-with-painted-black-inset wheels to stop being a thing. I have them on my GTI and I still want them to stop being a thing. They’re everywhere!

But I don’t want Honda to grow, I want them to stay small and simple. But Honda is too busy trying to be “better” than they used to.

Honda = disappointment.

I was a Honda fan from the mid-80's to the mid 90's.

Since the mid-90's, Honda’s (with a very few exceptions)have gone the way of the Camry/Corolla. BORING, BEIGE, INVISIBLE and UGLY.

The new Civic is 100% ugly. Kind of looks like a current generation Nissan Maxima. That is not a complement.

My wife was considering trading her car for a new one. I mentioned the CRV and her response was BLECH! Boring and ugly.

Honda needs to go back to its roots and stop styling its cars (including Acura) like they belong in a post-modern manga magazine.

If they offered the sedan in that ridiculous green I’d seriously consider trading my Forester for one.

I wish they would just go all in. You can’t have that kind of styling and only offer shades of grey outside and shades of beige inside

I agree and disagree. I agree that they are overstyked a bit but they aren’t beige with lipstick like Toyota. However from a performance perspective they are brining the sauce! The Civic had turbo power and a hatchback, that’s just their base stuff, plus they are brining the forbidden fruit type r.
